                Notices:

• ‎Come and support your Club this Saturday 4th February. Oswestry Cross Country. If you cannot participate, we need marshals and people to help mark out the course (contact Paul pad44@btinternet.com) and lots of noisy support. We also need some lovely cakes for our refreshment stand. So clean off your spikes and put on your aprons, YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU ! Many thanks 

•  All Senior Club Members -Note for your diaries. Club night out to mark the end of the Cross Country Season. 4th Feb - SIMLA Indian restaurant- 19:30 for 20:00. All club members welcome. Hopefully we will have one or two reasons to celebrate !

   

• Ali Lavender finished 1st and the ladies team came 2nd at the Midlands champs 5.

• 

• For Monday and Wednesday nights keep your head torch handy, on clear nights we will be heading out into the countryside !

• Congratulations to Men Seniors Cross Country Team 1st in League 2 in Bangor and also to our Ladies Team who finished 4th in Division 1.Cross Country

• NOTICE Monday & Wednesday night training. From Monday 3rd October 18:30 we will meet at the new Oswestry Leisure centre.

• Message from Margaret : Many congratulations on the many successes Oswestry Olympians have been having at recent events, it has been great to see the profile of the club being raised in the local papers. Looking forward to Lake Vyrnwy, I would be grateful to those who have helped with marshalling etc in previous years, if I can count on your assistance in this years event.
