Athlete
of the Month for April is Chris
Warburton, who is a
distance runner. Chris is one of our most senior juniors club members
(or is it most junior seniors, I'm never quite sure), having been
with the club since 1991. He currently holds a Club record in 800m.

event: 1500m Steeple Chase
Most
hated event: I will try anything but I
don't like 100m
Best
athletic achievement: I have lots of
achievements that mean a lot to me. But the most important
achievement was winning the first team in 1993 in the cross-country
as everyone worked as a team and every one supported each other.
Biggest

at Olympians was when Coach Andy Knott left. Also the team from 1993,
Craig Williams, Mark Evans, James Roberts, Dan Jones, Neil Rochester,
and Matt Williams leaving at different times.

About
Olympians: The club is a good club to run
for. It has a lot of support from the coaches and no one is pushed by them.
